Wellness Programs

Wellness is within your reach. Get the care you want and need to restore wellness and reclaim better health.  No one should be denied the chance to achieve optimal health and full recovery. Don’t let insurance limits dictate your expectations for quality of life and fitness. Whether it’s recovery from injury or restoring optimal fitness we have a wellness plan to suit your needs. You can either pay as you go or enroll as a member in one of the comprehensive wellness programs for more benefits to help you achieve functional health and fitness. Remember change of function requires a plan; whether it’s pain reduction, improving mobility, increasing strength and balance.

Wellness plans designed by your physical therapist to restore optimal health and fitness.  Wellness starts with a detailed medical interview to identify barriers to healing.  A thorough assessment of the entire movement chain forms the basis for hands-on manual therapy techniques and integrative skills training to get your recovery on track. Wellness starts with your commitment to a proven program and an investment of time and effort. Our wellness program memberships are designed to help you achieve your goals without limits.
